I've just started blogging after the Egyptian revolution, or in other words now that I actually have the freedom to write with out worrying about the internet police and being abducted on my way home from school. However this is something I am not proud of since I am sure blogging before the revolution must have been a different definitely more thrilling experience. And I must point out my great and deep respect to all those courageous bloggers out there who were determined to speak out their and and share them no matter what.
I cant really say that I am a political activist, especially after the Jan 25th revolution my participation in one protest the summer before is not considered activism. Also I have never been interested in politics, however I was always interested in the well-being of my country, which somehow forced me to be a bit more involved in the political events and situation taking place in Egypt.
So I will be writing a lot about my thoughts and reflections on Egypt before and after the revolution. Also about my hopes and dreams of how we can rebuilt our Egypt, and how I wish for it to be 10 years from now :)
I am also a Psychology major so I will also be reflecting a lot about what I learn and what i read relating to the areas of Psychology that interest me the most.
So excited about blogging, and hope you enjoy my blogs :)
